New trailer for Paddington 2 reveals a legendary line-up of stars
Along with an adorable new poster, Studiocanal has released the first full-length trailer to spell out more plot details for the family comedy sequel that sees the eponymous, marmalade-loving bear hot on the tail of an elusive thief. But that’s not all, the trailer also reveals that the returning cast members will be joined by Imelda Staunton as the voice of Aunt Lucy, Michael Gambon as the voice of Uncle Pastuzo, Hugh Grant as a faded actor who has turned local stardom to petty crime, and Brendan Gleeson as a notorious criminal whose desperate to clear his name of a crime he didn’t commit.
The list of talent doesn’t end there, the sequel boasts an extraordinary ensemble that also includes Dame Eileen Atkins, Richard Ayoade, Sanjeev Bhaskar, Tom Conti, Kobna Holdbrook-Smith, Jessica Hynes, Claire Keelan, Joanna Lumley, Ben Miller, Aaron Neil, Meera Syal, and Noah Taylor.
