Competition Terms
1. Open to UK residents only.
2. The winner will be picked at random from entries received.
3. By entering into the competition, all entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.
4. Only entries made via the competition submission method will be deemed valid.
5. If for any reason an entry is deemed by Onscreen Magazine in its sole and absolute discretion to be invalid, incomplete or illegible that entry will be disqualified.
6. The Closing date for entries is specified on each competition post. Late entries will not be counted.
7. Winners will be notified by email.
8. Winners will be selected from the entrants at the judges’ sole discretion.
9. Prizes may differ to what's listed and/or pictured and are subject to change.
10. Unless otherwise stated, winners have 2 days to respond to contact (email) informing of their win. If no reply is received, an alternate winner will be picked at random.
11. The judge’s decision as to the correct entry and the identity of the winners shall be at its sole discretion and shall be final. No correspondence, appeal or reconsideration procedure will be initiated in either respect.
12. The names of all winners may be used in publicity materials and events relating to the relevant competition and Onscreen Magazine does not accept any obligations of confidence towards any entry or entrant.
13. Onscreen Magazine will be entitled to terminate or modify these terms and conditions in its absolute discretion at any time.
14. By submitting an entry the entrant will be licensing Onscreen Magazine to use the content at its absolute discretion for any purpose it deems appropriate, including without limit the promotion of Onscreen Magazine's products and services.
15. Unless stated on an individual competition, Onscreen Magazine will not disclose your email or postal address to third parties. We may however use your email address for Onscreen Magazine promotions but this will be stated in the opt-in.

Terms & Conditions for Smurfs x Warwick Castle Competition from ONSCREEN JULY/AUGUST 2025
- The prize provider is Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd, Market House, Silver End, Olney, MK46 4AL. ABTA no. L9097 and ATOL no. 10626 (“Cloud Nine”). www.uponcloudnine.co.uk
- The Prize includes one nights accommodation at Warwick Castle sharing a Woodland Lodge, breakfast, one day entrance to Warwick Castle, meet and greet with a Knight of the Forest, either lunch or dinner up to the value of £100 (total), car parking pass for one car and Smurf goody bags (children only) (the “Prize”).
- Unless otherwise stated the main prize offered is for 4 people travelling together, one of whom must be aged 18 or over and two of which must be aged 2-11 years. Each person participating in the Prize will be referred to in these terms as a “Participant”. Participants aged under 18, must have prior parental or guardian permission.
- The Prize is valid until 30th April 2026. Travel is not permitted during Christmas and New Year (24th December 2025 – 2nd January 2026), Easter (3rd -6th April 2026), Public Holidays, trade fairs or local special events (i.e. sporting events). Travel must be completed by 30th April 2026. Extensions to the validity of the package will not be allowed unless first authorized by Cloud Nine.
- All dates and locations are subject to availability.
- The Prize must be arranged a minimum of 6 weeks (42 days) prior to travelling.
- All travel must be completed within the time-frame stated in these terms.
- The issue of the Prize shall be conditional upon each Participant (or, where such Participant is a minor, that Participant’s parent or legal guardian) signing a binding confirmation of eligibility and release with Cloud Nine, under which each Participant shall, to the extent permitted by law, release the Released Parties (defined below) from any and all liability arising out of the use or misuse of the Prize and participation in any Prize-related activity (unless that liability arises from negligence or breach by the Company or Released Parties of its obligations relating to the Prize). “Released Parties” means Cloud Nine and Paramount Pictures UK together with any entity which controls, is controlled by and/or under common control with the foregoing and any of such entities’ officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors or assigns.
- Cloud Nine accepts no responsibility for any events beyond its reasonable control including the withdrawal of, or amendment to, any venues, activities, events or retail items. Cloud Nine will use its reasonable endeavours to supply suitable alternatives in such circumstances. No refund will be offered.
- This Prize is non-transferable or exchangeable, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other special offer. There is no cash alternative or refund for any unused portions of the Prize.
- In the event of cancellation by the winner, the Participants will not be entitled to claim any refund or replacement Prize.
- Any amendments made by Participants after the booking is confirmed, to the extent permitted by Cloud Nine or the relevant third-party provider, will be subject to administration charges. Some changes may not be possible.
- All other costs and expenses in taking up the Prize not set out in the stated prize description will be at the Participants’ expense, these include but are not limited to transfers to and from the UK location, additional meals, drinks, gratuities, personal expenses and any costs related to COVID-19 as set out below.
- Transport between home and the venue (and vice-versa) is the responsibility of the Participants.
- Activities included in the Prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions from the activity provider(s). Participants must comply with such terms and conditions when taking up the Prize and participating in the relevant activities.
- Some activities and/or experiences may have age, height, weight and/or health restrictions.
- Some activities may be seasonal and/or weather dependant.
- Should Participants wish to add additional items to the Prize (extra nights, additional Participants etc.) they may do so via Cloud Nine at an extra cost. Cloud Nine will advise the cost prior to booking. Cloud Nine will not enter into any discussions about cost comparison or rates sourced elsewhere.
- Travel insurance is not included in the Prize.
- Warwick Castle has a scheduled closure from 1st January to 16th January 2026, subject to change. The Prize cannot be taken at this time.
- It is the Participants’ responsibility to advise Cloud Nine of any circumstance that may prevent them from participating in any element of the Prize, including but not limited to dietary requirements, medical conditions or personal circumstance. Participants should evaluate their own risk in determining whether to take part in any element of the Prize, since interaction with the general public may increase the risk of exposure to COVID-19. By choosing to take part in any element of the Prize, Participants acknowledge and agree that they accept any such risk associated with those elements of the prize.
- Participants are responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / limitations required by the applicable local and national authorities and the relevant activity and (if applicable) transport providers, including in connection with COVID-19. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the Participants (where applicable).
- Participants are responsible for their behaviour and the behaviour of their guests whilst taking part in the Prize. Cloud Nine reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude any Participant from participation in the Prize or any part thereof if any Participant fails to comply with the directions of Cloud Nine, the venue, activity provider(s) or any company associated with the prize, or, if any Participant acts in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is anti-social in any manner or which causes disturbance or nuisance to others.
- The organiser is not responsible for any losses, injuries or damages arising from the acceptance or use of the Prize.
