You wouldn’t think you could build a movie out of bricks, but The LEGO Movies prove you can. You wouldn’t think a film about plastic dolls could conquer the world, but Barbie did exactly that. And you wouldn’t think it’s possible to adapt an addictive app into a highly successful animated franchise, yet here comes flying in… The Angry Birds Movie 3!

After a fun, creatively rewarding time with the sequel, director John Rice returns seven years on, bringing the birds back in line for another round of feathered, adrenaline-fuelled carnage. This new chapter catapults Red headfirst into his biggest challenge yet: fatherhood. Piggie problems are one thing – ruling a roost with two all-attitude teenagers and an accident-prone hatchlingis a whole new level of mayhem, and the kind of domestic chaos every family can relate to.

Jason Sudeikis, Danny McBride, Josh Gad, and Rachel Bloom clearly enjoyed themselves on previous outings, and they’re back as Red, Bomb, Chuck, and Silver. Emma Myers, Walker Scobell, and Psalm West join the flock as Red and Silver’s kids Glider, June, and Olly. They’re not alone as the film welcomes an exciting lineup, including Keke Palmer, Lily James, Tim Robinson, Marcello Hernández, Anna Cathcart, Nikki Glaser, MrBeast, and more.

They’re all flying in for a familysized frenzy… landing just in time for Christmas.

The Angry Birds Movie

Taking a leap of faith, and daring to turn an iconic app into a movie, The Angry Birds Movie sent families and feathers flying as short-tempered Red discovers his world is actually a little bit bigger – and piggier – than he first thought. With mysterious pigs, delightful humour, and superb animation, the film was a hit.

The Angry Birds Movie 2

The second chapter sees all characters involved dealing with a new threat: the villainous eagle: Zeta. Enemies become frenemies as Red and former nemesis Leonard team up to protect Bird Island and Pig Island from the newly discovered Eagle Island.

Who knows what’s in store as they slingshot into a new adventure seven years in the making?!
