That’s right, the rock legends are bringing their love of all things horror and their devilish sense of humour to the big screen in a big, loud, and bloody horror movie. The highly-secretive project now unveiled as Studio 666 will see the members of the band – Dave Grohl, Taylor Hawkins, Nate Mendel, Pat Smear, Chris Shiflett, and Rami Jaffee – as versions of themselves as they move into a mansion to record their new album. But soon after arriving, the house’s long-buried dark history starts to surface and frontman Grohl experiences a close encounter with a supernatural force that not only threatens the album, but the future and lives of the band. The Foos aren't tackling the big screen alone and have assembled some stars to offer support as Whitney Cummings, Leslie Grossman, Will Forte, Jenna Ortega, and Jeff Garlin complete an enticing cast. Studio 666 will open exclusively in cinemas on February 25.
