Spider-Man: Brand New Day Trailer

The trailer catches up with Tom Holland’s webslinger only to find that things are far from friendly for the neighbourhood hero. It’s been four years since Peter Parker wiped himself from the memories of everyone he loves to save the world, and now he’s living with the weight of that sacrifice. Still in New York, Peter can’t avoid the orbit of the lives of Zendaya's MJ and Jacob Batalon's Ned – no matter how much it’s hurting him to stay in the shadows. But that’s only the half of it as he still has responsibilities as Spider-Man. If you think Peter Parker has problems, Spider-Man has plenty, too. A brutal run-in with Jon Bernthal’s Punisher sets the tone, and he’s soon facing a fresh wave of villains, including Boomerang, Tarantula, Scorpion, and the red-clad assassins of The Hand. It’s crossover chaos in the best way, with even more MCU heavy-hitters stepping into the fray, most obvious of all Mark Ruffalo’s Bruce Banner, aka the Hulk, who will help him with his mutation problem. Get ready for a side to Spider-Man we’ve never seen before only in cinemas July 31.
