Anaconda Trailer

A remake? A reboot? Neither, this is a totally different beast altogether, one about best friends trying to remake their favourite monster movie only to find themselves in the middle of one. The trailer introduces Doug and Griff, who love the 1997 cult “classic” Anaconda more than anything, so much so that they believe it’s long overdue a remake. After securing a questionable bank loan, convincing two pals to join them, and recruiting a snake handler, they shoot their movie. Deep in the Amazon, they soon discover that the film they’ve been dying to make just might be what kills them. On the run from a very real giant snake, they must do whatever it takes to survive in increasingly hilariously outrageous and horrifying ways. With Steve Zahn and Thandiwe Newton rounding out the cast, this wild riverboat ride is part creature feature, part buddy comedy, and all chaos – the perfect gift this Christmas.
