Shazam! Fury Of The Gods Trailer

Zachery Levi returns to the superhero role to continue the story of misfit teenager Billy Batson who can transform into his all-powerful adult alter ego when he shouts “Shazam!” Catching up with our hero a few years after he was bestowed with the power of the gods, the trailer sees our hero’s struggles with coming of age and becoming a hero compounded by furious gods who demand their forebears’ powers back. The arrival of Helen Mirren, Lucy Liu, and Rachel Zegler’s Daughters of Atlas is epic and menacing, but treated with Shazam’s trademark tongue in cheek humour and satire. This only enrages the already vengeful trio further who will now stop at nothing to get their revenge on those who stole their father’s powers: Billy and his adopted brothers and sisters. Faced with the fury of the gods, the whole Shazam family must step up to battle these gods. But that’s not all, they’ll also have to deal with a giant dragon that’s been summoned and set loose in the city. Shazam! Fury Of The Gods comes to cinemas March 17
