Now is sixteen, he and his older brother are finally old enough to receive a gift bestowed to them by their dead father. But this is no mere hand-me-down, it’s a magical staff that comes with instructions for a Visitation Spell that will allow the boys to spend the day with him. But magic has always been a fickle thing and extremely hard to handle, so it’s no wonder the duo wind up only being able to do half a job with hilarious and heartbreaking consequences. With their dead dad’s reanimated lower half in tow, they embark on an epic road trip to find what little magic remains in the world so they can bring the rest of their dad back to life.
