Between the Fast & Furious franchise, XXX films, Riddick, and of course a leading position in the MCU as the voice of Groot, Vin Diesel is an action movie veteran and he’s back with what looks to be the bloodiest yet. Bringing the bestselling comic book to life, the trailer introduces Diesel’s Ray Garrison, a soldier who is killed in action but brought back from the dead by a shady corporation. Re-animated with nanotechnology that fills his veins with nanobots that make him stronger than ever with an ability to heal wounds and even shapeshift, he sets out to avenge those who wrong him. But his mission for revenge isn’t as straightforward as it seems. The technology hasn’t just given him life but also make him an ultimate weapon for the RST corporation who exploit him by implanting him with false memories that trigger a rage to set out to eliminate their targets. Featuring gruesome footage as Ray absorbs incredible damage, repairs himself, and takes down hordes of enemies in his journey to regain control of his body and get revenge against the people who have truly wronged him.
