Chris Hemsworth and Brian Tyree Henry are Optimus Prime and Megatron in the first look at the new animated Transformers film that reveals how their epic rivalry began.
Paramount Pictures kickstarted their innovative campaign with an industry first, a live-streamed event following a craft on its journey to space that, upon reaching its peak of 125,000 feet above the Earth, revealed the very first look at the first fully-animated Transformers film in almost forty years. Introduced by stars Chris Hemsworth and Brian Tyree Henry, who voice the two most iconic characters in the Transformers universe, the very first trailer in space takes us back to Cybertron to reveal how one-time brothers-in-arms Orion Pax and D-16 end up becoming sworn enemies: Optimus Prime and Megatron. Showcasing a throwback but no less striking visual style, the new animated feature follows some of your favourite characters from the Transformers universe as they go from lowly worker bots to the epic Transformers we know them as today. The trailer also includes snippets of the some of the supporting cast that includes Scarlett Johansson as Elita-1 and Keegan-Michael Key as B-127, as well as Steve Buscemi, Laurence Fishburne, and Jon Hamm.
