Meryl Streep and Tom Hanks make headlines in the new poster for Spielberg’s critically-acclaimed journalism drama
The powerhouse duo are in the spotlight of a new poster for the film that brings together two of the foremost actors of their generations together for the first time. Starring as the Washington Post’s (and America’s first) female publisher Katherine Graham and the paper’s volatile editor Ben Bradlee, they’re a perfect fit for a film that focuses on the historical partnership that exposed years of scandalous government secrets. Streep and Hanks share the screen under the direction of master filmmaker Steven Spielberg, from a screenplay by the Academy-award winning writers of Spotlight, an impressive support cast, and with music from John Williams, The Post boasts a dream team of cinematic talent.
