Struggling to keep up with the pace of modern life in the big city, Daphne finds herself caught between success and self-destruction, but when she’s caught up in a violent incident she is forced to confront a much-needed change. Having already earned plenty of critical acclaim, as showcased in the trailer, expectations are set fairly high for Peter Mackie Burns debut feature that puts a twist on the common romcom tropes.
