The trailer opens with a family reunion between adoptive brothers whose lives have taken them down very different paths. Jake Gyllenhaal’s Danny is a career criminal with a chequered past while Yahya Abdul-Mateen II’s Will is a decorated soldier and family man. But when Danny discovers that Will is facing financial difficulty due to his wife’s medical bills, he proposes a peculiar solution: pulling off the biggest bank heist in Los Angeles history. Desperate, Will accepts, and the heist is going according to plan until an unsuspecting police officer enters the bank and the trailer explodes into action in true Michael Bay style. Things show no signs of slowing down in a breakneck trailer that shows the brothers’ situation escalate as they shoot their way out of the bank and into an ambulance they’re forced to hijack. Only, they aren’t alone, there’s a paramedic and critically-ill patient on board, and what’s more, the patient just so happens to be a police officer. Eiza González enters the fray as the paramedic who’s caught up in the chaos as the two brothers are pursued across Los Angeles. Witness the action and find out who makes it out alive when Ambulance speeds into cinemas on February 18.
