The isolation of space, Facehuggers, and of course the iconic dual-mouthed Xenomorph itself, there’s so much to fear aboard a derelict space station in the frightful first look at the seventh Alien film. The director of Evil Dead and Don’t Breathe takes the phenomenally successful franchise back to its terrifying roots with a new sci-fi horror-thriller that follows a crew of young space colonisers who come face to face with the most fear-inducing species in the universe. Backed by chilling sounds of screams, the short and sweet teaser offers a glimpse at the stacked ensemble cast of young stars - including Cailee Spaeny, David Jonsson, Archie Renaux, Isabela Merced, Spike Fearn, and Aileen Wu - and showcases some seriously scary footage as the crew encounter the alien creatures and meet a grisly demise. You can’t hide, so run, Alien: Romulus is in cinemas August 16.
