Air Trailer

The trailer takes us back to the Nike headquarters in 1984 where the company has suffered its worst year and is struggling to make its brand stand out amongst the competition. It’s going to take something and someone special to change the game and make Nike the name the whole world will recognise. Ben Affleck and Matt Damon are back together onscreen, with the former also directing, starring as Nike co-founder Phil Knight and Sonny Vaccaro, the maverick salesman who steps up to be the man to make history. His plan is to sign Michael Jordan, the most talented basketball player he’s ever seen to a shoe contract. The negotiations with the then-rookie player who would eventually be known as the greatest of all time are central to this story, with Viola Davis co-starring as Michael Jordan’s mother Deloris. That’s already three big names, but only the beginning of a stacked roster of stars with the ensemble cast also including Jason Bateman, Chris Messina, Marlon Wayans, George Raveling, Chris Tucker, and more.
