What are the benefits of The Cinema Pass?
You can use The Cinema Pass to obtain a 20% discount off any standard adult ticket at any participating cinema.
How does it work?
Either enter your unique membership number when booking online in the code or voucher section of the cinema website, or present your physical card/digital pass to the cashier at the cinema to receive your 20% discount.

How do I order a replacement Cinema Pass?
Please get in contact with us at email@example.com with your membership card number and we will be in touch with how to proceed. If you require a replacement physical card a small charge will be made.
Can I cancel or have a refund?
Please get in touch with the Member Benefit Platform you purchased The Cinema Pass from to discuss cancellation and refund options. If you were given the Pass by your employer then cancellation/a refund is not available.
How do I store my digital card?
For iOS users you can add your pass to your Apple Wallet, for Android users there are a number of wallet apps you can download and use.
Can I purchase more than one Cinema Pass?
Please refer to the T&Cs on your Member Benefit Platform.
When/How can I renew?
A renewal process will be added in the near future and details updated here.
My card is not recognised when booking?
Please check your have entered your card number correctly with no spaces, and if this does not solve the issue please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
My physical card has not arrived in the post?
Physical cards are sent out the next working day (excludes weekends & Bank Holidays) after activation. They can take up to 5 working days to arrive in the post. In the meantime you can use the card number from your welcome email. If the card does not arrive after 5 working days please contact email@example.com.
My digital pass has not arrived by email?
Digital passes are emailed out the next working day (excludes weekends & Bank Holidays) after activation. In the meantime you can use the card number from your welcome email. If the email does not arrive after 2 working days please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
